Our habits are usually of two types.
One is what we consciously create and the other are those hidden habits that become automatic.
It can be quite easy for us to understand and change the habits that have been created intentionally, but if we do not care to maintain them, then they will gradually disappear, such as waking up on an alarm or going on a morning walk. Hidden habits, on the other hand, are those that our mind has already put on auto pilot mode. These habits affect our lifestyle and decision making.
